Damaged or Incorrect Items

Exchanges
For faster processing, we recommend returning the original item first. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for the replacement item.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to complete the transaction.
