If your item is damaged or defective, we offer a 100% money-back guarantee.

  • You have 30 days to return it.
  • Return shipping cost must be paid by the customer.
  • Once we receive the item, we will refund your full payment.
  • Please include your name and order number inside the package.

If your order is already shipped, please wait until you receive it before requesting a return.

Yes! You can cancel your order for free if it has not been shipped yet.

If it has already shipped, you will need to wait for delivery and then request a return.

After 24 hours, we cannot guarantee changes or refunds for wrong addresses.
